School
Three levels, one school-wide round — every age group picks a company and builds its own case.
- Junior: Grade 5–7
- High School: Grade 8–10
- Senior: Grade 11–12
BizNess Bazigar is Bizbaz's national business case-study competition for school, undergraduate and postgraduate students to research a real Indian company, diagnose a genuine business problem, and pitch a solution — in a written case study and on camera.
AI can now write code, design a logo, and draft a business plan in minutes. What it cannot do is decide which problem is worth solving, and have the judgment to back that decision.
That judgment is exactly what BizNess Bazigar trains and certifies. Students pick any Indian company of their choice, dig into a real problem it faces, and build a structured case study — problem, research, reasoning, solution and business impact — backed by original thinking of their own.
Every case study is submitted in writing and on video. The strongest ones don't just get a grade: the top 10 in every category present live on campus, before advancing from School to City to State.
Drafts, designs, code and information can increasingly be generated on demand.
Problem choice, reasoning, feasibility, originality and business impact.
Every candidate follows the same path — research, write, record, submit, and, if shortlisted, present in person.
Choose any Indian company, in any sector, and identify a real business problem it is facing — or should be solving.
Understand the company, context and challenge deeply enough to separate symptoms from the actual business problem.
Reason through the problem and propose a feasible, high-impact solution. Ingenuity and originality carry real weight.
Upload the written case study and a video explaining it to Google Drive, then share the link with the Bizbaz team.

A structured business report that captures the problem, research, reasoning, proposed solution and likely business impact.
A clear video presentation of the student's thinking, allowing evaluators to assess communication and ownership of the idea.
The judging framework follows the same dimensions already defined for BizNess Bazigar, presented here as a clearer visual scorecard rather than a simple list.
